To see more details about the active printer, click More.

To widen the pane and see more information about each printer, click the active printer or double-click an inactive printer (which also activates it). You can now see up-to-date status information on the printer and its accessories.

Manual background NOTE: There may be a short delay while the application retrieves the status information from the printer.

To return to the default narrow pane, click the close icon in the top right corner.

To see more details about the active printer, click More.
