This message is also logged in the pick_log file which is located in the /usr/stat directory. A process can then be dropped from any port on any machine to create a free process. There is no preset allocation of ports to logical machines and no limit to the number of logical machines involved. The only restriction is the total number of active mvEnterprise processes.
