Note: Your printer has to be connected to your computer and you must have an Internet email account set up to send photos via email.

Your printer supports the following email applications running on your Windows PC:

•America Online

•Microsoft Outlook

•Microsoft Outlook Express 5.02

•Netscape Mail

•Eudora

•Hotmail

To send photos via email using a Windows PC:

1Insert a memory card into the printer.

2Press the Right or Left arrow until the image you want to email appears on the LCD.

3Press the Email button on the printer’s control panel. The LCD displays the message “Sending...”

4When the HP Email Portal dialog box appears on your computer screen, select the resolution, then click Create Email.

The printer sends the photo to your computer and attaches it to a new email message using your default email program.

5Enter the recipient’s email address, a subject for the email, and any message you want to send, then send the email message.
