Manage shared uplink port sets

add uplinkset	Create a new shared uplink port set
Syntax	add uplinkset <UplinkSetName>
Parameters:
UplinkSetName	The unique name of the new shared uplink port set to create (required)
Example	->add uplinkset MyNewUplinkSet
	Creates a new shared uplink port set and adds it to the domain
