add network | Create a new Ethernet Network. After the network has been created, uplink ports |
| can be added, if the network is not using a shared uplink port set. |

Syntax | add network <NetworkName> [UplinkSet=<UplinkSetName> |

| [SmartLink=<EnabledDisabled>] |

Parameters: |

|
|
NetworkName | The unique name of the new network to create (required) |
|
|
Properties: |
|
|
|
UplinkSet | The name of an existing shared uplink port set to use with this new network |
| (optional). If this property is specified, then a valid VLAN ID must also be provided. |
|
|
VLanID | The VLAN ID associated with the network (used with shared uplink port set only). The |
| VLAN ID is a valid number between 1 and 4094. |
|
|
State | Enables or Disables the network. Valid values are "Enabled" and "Disabled". The |
| default value is "Enabled". |
|
|
SmartLink | Enables or Disables the SmartLink capability for a port. Valid values are "Enabled" |
| and "Disabled". The default value is "Disabled". |
|
