HP provides a variety of service and support options around the world. Availability of these programs will vary depending upon your location.

Obtaining hardware service

If your hardware should fail during the warranty period, HP offers the following support options:

HP repair services: HP will arrange to pick up the unit, repair it, and return it to you within 5-10 days, depending on your location.

HP authorized service provider: You can return the unit to a local authorized service dealer.

Express Exchange: HP provides a reconditioned permanent replacement printer to you on the next working day for calls received before 2 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (U.S. and Canada only).
