Maintaining the cast iron pan stands

oIMPORTANT: Make sure that the hob surface and pan stands have cooled before you attempt to touch them.

oWipe the pan stands over with a soft, damp cloth that has been put into warm soapy water. The cloth should be wrung out after being taken out of the soapy water.

oUsing a paper towel, thoroughly dry the pan stands.

oTo maintain the appearance of the cast iron pan stands, we would recommend that you rub a small amount of olive oil into the pan stands. After you have finished cleaning them.

Replacing the oven bulb

IMPORTANT: The oven must be disconnected from your mains supply before you attempt to either remove or replace the oven bulb.

o Remove all oven shelves and the enamelled baking tray.

o Unscrew the lamp cover.

o Unscrew the bulb and remove it from its holder.

oReplace the bulb with a 15 W/300°C, screw type pygmy.

oDo not use any other type of bulb.

oScrew the lamp cover back into its original position.
