•The configuration on the device image display is incorrect. You need to adjust the

 

image related parameters such as brightness, contrast, hue and sharpness properly.

 

 

Image flickers.

• Wrong power line frequency makes images flicker. Make sure the 50 or 60Hz format

 

of your device.

 

• If the object is dark, the image will flicker. Make the condition around the Camera

 

brighter.

 

 

Noisy images occur.

The video images might be noisy if the device is located in a very low light

 

environment. Make the condition around the camera brighter or turn the White-light

 

LED on

 

 

 

Miscellaneous

Can not play the recorded ASF file

You will need to install Microsoft®’s DirectX 9.0 or later and use the Windows Media Player 11.0 or later to play the AVI filed recorded by the Device.
