IF YOUR WHIRLPOOL WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER SHOULD CEASE TO OPERATE WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR OF OWNERSHIP:

1.Call our Customer eXperience Center at 1-800-253-1301(toll-free in the US) OR 1-800-807-6777(toll-free in Canada) OR 1-787-999-7400(in Puerto Rico).

2.Give the consultant your model, serial number and shipping address.

3.The consultant will advise whether the window air conditioner qualifies for in-home repair or replacement.

4.In the event of replacement, you may be directed to forward the product to a Whirlpool designated service center. You must return the product in the original or equivalent packaging; prepay shipping/freight charges to the designated service center; and insure the shipment, Whirlpool will not be responsible if the product is lost or damaged in transit. Please include your name and address on a piece of paper, along with a copy of the proof of purchase (register receipt, charge slip, etc.).

5.Whirlpool will deliver the repaired product or, at its discretion, a comparable new or refurbished product to your door free of charge.
