INSPEKTION:

Packa försiktigt upp och kontrollera att din MX 107 C inte fått någon transportskada. Alla maskiner testas och inspekteras före leverans. Transportföretaget ansvarar för eventuella transportskador. Underrätta transportföretaget omedelbart om du hittar någon skada på kartong, maskin eller delar.

RENGÖRINGSMEDEL:

Vi rekommenderar flytande rengöringskemikalier. Pulverkemikalier kan användas, men om de inte blandas ut ytterst grundligt kan de orsaka ansamlingar i pump, linjer, värmeväxlare och/eller snabbkopplingar. Inga problem som orsakas av kemisk ansamling omfattas av garantin. Använd ett neutralt rengöringsmedel med ett pH mellan 6 och 9 för att undvika förtida slitage på pump, packningar och/eller andra komponenter. Skada orsakad av användning av starka kemikalier omfattas inte av garantin.

UNDERHÅLL:

För optimal prestanda, spola maskinen med rent vatten vid slutet av varje arbetsdag. Kör minst en gång i månaden ett spolmedel genom maskinen för att lossa eventuella ansamlingar av mineraler eller kemikalier. Vakuummotorer och pump kräver inget schemalagt underhåll. Däremot kanske vakuummotorernas borstar måste bytas efter 1000 - 1500 timmar. Rengör stommen med ett allrengöringsmedel, och skydda den med polermedel för bilinteriörer. Smörj hjul, styrhjul och snabbkopplingar med en allroundsilikonsprej.
