Trouble shooting

Problem	Possible Cause	Solution
		Make sure the Control Board and fuse are
		working properly and connected properly.

No AC power

Make sure all motor terminals are connected properly.

			lock.
			Turn to “OPEN” Mode.
			Safety contacts are open

automatically		open
but doesn’t close.
			Check Jumper 1-2 (N. C.)
			The automatic close function
			does not respond.
