WARNING: This is a decorative gas appliance. It uses air (oxygen) from the room in which it is installed. Provi- sions for adequate combustion and ventilation air must be provided. Refer to the National Fuel Gas Codes, ANSI Z233.1/NFPA 54, Section 5.3, Air for Combustion and Ventilation.

This appliance may be installed in an aftermarket,* per- manently located, manufactured (mobile) home, where not prohibited by local codes.

This appliance is only for use with the type of gas indi- cated on the rating plate.
