Operating Instructions

Rinse Aid

Rinse aid ensures thorough rinsing, spot and streak free drying of dishes and glassware.

Rinse aid can be added in one of two ways:

If you are using dishwasher detergent that already contains rinse aid, the detergent including the rinse aid is put into the detergent compartment.

In this case the dispensing of rinse aid from the dispenser must be deactivated to avoid a double dosage.

If you are using dishwasher detergent and rinse aid separately, the rinse aid is to be put into the rinse aid dispenser.

In this case the dispensing of rinse aid from the dispenser must be activated.

The amount of rinse aid to be dispensed must be set.

1Only use rinse aid specifically designed for domestic dishwashers. Never fill the rinse aid dispenser with any another substance (e.g. concen- trated vinegar) or dishwasher cleaning agent. This would damage the appliance.
