Garantía Completa de Dos Años

Durante dos (2) años desde la fecha de compra original al pormenor, se reparará o reemplazará gratuitamente cualquier pieza que falle en uso normal del hogar.

Garantía Limitada

Después de dos años de la fecha original de compra al por menor, Jenn-Air proporcionará un repuesto gratis, como se indica a continuación, para reemplazar cualquier pieza que falle debido a un defecto de material o fabricación. El propietario será responsable de pagar todos los otros gastos incluyendo la mano de obra, el kilometraje/millaje, el transporte, el costo del diagnóstico y el costo del viaje, si fuese necesario.

Del Tercer al Quinto Año

Jenn-Air proporcionará un tubo magnetrón de repuesto, panel del teclado y microprocesador, la pieza y la mano de obra, que falle debido a un defecto de material o fabricación.

Garantía Limitada de Piezas Fuera de EE.UU. y Canadá

Durante dos (2) años desde la fecha de compra original al pormenor, cualquier pieza que falle durante uso normal en el hogar será reparada o reemplazada gratuitamente en lo que respecta a la pieza y el propietario debe pagar todos los otros costos, incluyendo mano de obra, kilometraje/millage, transporte, costo del diagnóstico y costo del viaje, cuando el artefacto esté situado fuera de los Estados Unidos o Canadá.

Residentes Canadienses

Esta garantía cubre solamente aquellos artefactos instalados en Canadá que han sido certificados por la Asociación de Normas Canadienses (CSA) a menos que hayan sido traídos a Canadá desde Estados Unidos debido a un cambio de residencia.

Lo que no cubren estas garantías

•Reemplazo de los fusibles del hogar, reposición de los disyuntores o corrección del alambrado o plomería del hogar.

•Mantenimiento y limpieza normales del producto, incluyendo los focos.

•Productos cuyos números de serie originales fueron removidos, alterados o no son fácilmente legibles.

•Productos comprados para uso comercial, industrial o de arriendo.

•Productos situados afuera de los Estados Unidos o Canadá.

•Costos de servicio adicionales si el técnico debe realizar servicio extraordinario fuera de lo normal o fuera de las horas o del área de servicio normal.

•Ajustes después del segundo año.

•Reparaciones resultantes de lo siguiente:

-Instalación, sistema de escape o mantenimiento incorrectos.

-Cualquier modificación, alteración o ajuste no autorizados por el fabricante.

-Accidente, mal uso, abuso, incendio, inundación o actos fortuitos.

-Conexiones al suministro de gas, suministro de voltaje o corriente eléctrica incorrectas.

-Uso de utensilios, contenedores o accesorios no apropiados que puedan causar daño al producto.

•Viaje.
