B. Maintenance

This icemaker must be maintained individually, referring to the instruction manual and labels provided with the icemaker. The schedule below is a guideline. More frequent maintenance, however, may be required depending on water quality, the icemaker's environment, and local sanitation regulations.

WARNING

1.Only qualified service technicians should attempt to service or maintain this icemaker.

2.Disconnect power before performing maintenance.

Wipe down with a clean cloth and warm water. Slowly pour one cup of

Inspect. Clean if necessary by using a brush or vacuum cleaner.

Inspect for oil spots, loose components, fasteners, and wires.

 

Upper Bearing

Check for wear using .02" round stock or pin gauge. Replace both upper

bearing and lower bearing if wear exceeds factory recommendations. See
