ROAST

When roasting poultry, the best place to

 

insert the probe is in the thickest part of

 

the bird between the thigh and body.

 

^ Insert the short end of the roast

 

probe into the socket on the right

 

side of the oven so it clicks into

 

place.

 

^ Select a roasting function.

The default temperature and the probe (core) temperature, once inserted, will show in the oven display.

^Touch the control to the left of "Probe".

^Enter the new core temperature using the keypad.

The start of roasting can also be delayed at this time.
