1. | Che ck to ma ke c ert ain the un it voltage | |

| less tha n tha t requir ed to operate the u nit | |
| wil l result in inacc urat e tempe ratur es. | |
2. | Verify th e temperat ure inside the | |
| hol ding c ompar tme nt wi th a quali fy | |
| the rmal ind icator. | |

| With th e exce ption of the wire |

| hol ding comp artme nt. |

| Make ce rtain the holding cabinet |
|
| sen sor, loca ted in side the holdin g |
|
| comp artment at t he left side of t he un it, |
|
| is com ple tely clea n. |
C. | Susp end the therma l indicator in the | |
|
| cen ter of the holdi ng comp artment. |
D. | Allow th e temp erature set on the | |
|
| elect ronic th ermostat to stabilize fo r a |
|
| minimum of one hour b efo re comparing |
|
| the digit al displa y wit h the reading on |
|
| the thermal in dic ator. |
DO NOT OPEN T HE CAB INE T DO OR( S) DURI NG T HE T EMPER ATURE STABILIZATION P ERIOD.
