Bake and broil, |
| Do not clean bake element or broil element. Any soil will burn off | |

Coil element | Soap and water | The coil elements do not need to be cleaned. Any food spilled on | |

| the element during cooking will burn off. Never immerse coil | |

| elements in water. |

Control knobs | Mild soap and water | Pull off knobs. Wash gently but do not soak. Dry and return | |
|
| controls to oven, making sure to match flat area on the knob to | |
|
| the flat area on shaft. |
|
Smoothtop | Soap and water or |

Allow top to cool before cleaning. Wash surface with a dampened cloth and soapy water. For extra dried on soil, scrub surface with smoothtop cleaner conditioner available from an Amana Dealer.
A single edge razor blade can be used to scrape off dried on soil. Do not use a harsh cleanser or steel wool pad. Metal markings should be cleaned after each use. tf metal markings are allowed to remain on the top they will become increasingly difficult to remove.
