3.6 Grilling

Caution!

Very high temperatures occur during grilling, and these also warm up doors and frames. Observe the appropriate caution and keep children away!

Temperature-controlled grilling

Switching on:

Turn the "Temperature" control knob to the temperature you require. Turn the "Modes" control knob until the (grill) symbol appears on the display (Fig. 34).

Switching off:

Turn the "Temperature" control knob to the 0 position.

Note:

When grilling, insert the grilling tray/glass tray one level lower than the food you are cooking to collect dripping fat.

Grilling with the hot air fan

Switching on:

Turn the "Temperature" control knob to the temperature you require. Turn the "Modes" control knob until the (Grilling with hot air) symbol appears on the display (Fig. 35).

Switching off:

See above.

Economy grilling

Switching on:

Turn the "Temperature" control knob to the temperature you require. Turn the "Modes" control knob until the (Economy grilling) symbol appears on the display. The "Temperature" control knob can be turned to any temperature. Switching off:
