Once you reach the Job Information screen shown above, you can safely con- nect the microphone to the SC-1.

In general, however, we suggest waiting until you reach the Measurement screen to connect the microphone, since this is the only screen in the applica- tion that actually requires the microphone. But once you reach the Job Informa- tion screen, the signal path in the SC-1 that could otherwise cause feedback is disabled.
