Bum Hazard

.To prevent bums, use oven mitts to remove hot cooking utensils, hot cooking rack, and hot turntable. In convection cooking, the circulated hot air heats the interior surfaces of the oven to very high temperatures.

l

l

Use care to prevent bums whenever oven is in operation. The oven vent openings and surfaces near these openings, the oven door glass, door trim, etc. and interior oven surfaces couM become hot enough to burn. Do not touch, or allow clothing or other flammable materials to contact these surfaces during or after use, until they have had time to cool.

Use cooking utensils that will not melt or burn in the hot oven. Do not use light plastic containers, plastic wraps or paper products during any convec- tion combination cycle. Failure to follow these guidelines could result in burns.
