Convenience foods cooking chart
Convection cooking of convenience foods is similar to cooking in a conventional oven. Select items that fii conveniently on the turntable, such as an 8Mnch frozen pizza. Convection preheat to the desired tempera- ture, and use metal or ovenproof glass cooking utensils. When cooking or baking these convenience foods, follow package
directions for preparation and selecting the correct container. Because of the great variety of foods available, times given here are approximate. It is advisable to always check food about five minutes before the minimum recommended time, and cook longer only if needed. Use oven mitts to insert or remove items from the oven.
