•Placer le tracteur sur une surface plane afin qu'il ne puisse pas rouler dans aucune direction. Le frein de station- nement doit être desserré pour effectuer les opérations suivantes.

•Débrayer la transmission en plaçant la commande de roue libre sur sa position de marche en roue libre (Se référer à la section "TRANSPORT" de ce livret).

•Démarrer le moteur et mettre la commande des gaz en position de ralenti. S'assurer que le frein de stationnement n'est pas serré.

•Déplacer à fond le levier de commande d'avancement en position de marche avant et le maintenir ainsi pendant 5 secondes. Déplacer ensuite à fond le levier en position de marche arrière et le maintenir ainsi pendant 5 secondes. Répéter ces opérations 3 fois de suite.

•Déplacer le levier de commande d'avancement en posi- tion de point mort (N).

•Arrêter le moteur du tracteur en amenant la clé de contact sur sa position d'arrêt (OFF).

•Embrayer à nouveau la transmission en replaçant la commande de roue libre dans sa position "embrayée" (Voir section "TRANSPORT de ce manuel).

•Redémarrer le moteur et placer la commande des gaz en position de ralenti.

•Faire avancer le tracteur de 1 à 2 mètres en marche avant, puis de la même distance en marche arière. Répéter cette opération 3 fois de suite.

•Le tracteur est maintenant prêt pour une utilisation normale.

PURGAR LA TRANSMISIÓN

Para asegurar la operación y ejecución adecuada, es reco- mendado que la transmisión sea purgada antes de operar el tractor para la primera vez. Este proceso removerá cualquier aire adentro de la transmisión que se halla formado durante el transporte de su tractor.

IMPORTANTE: SI POR ACASO SU TRANSMISIÓN DEBE SER REMOVIDA PARA SERVICIO O REEMPLAZO, DEBE SER PURGADA DESPUÉS DE LA REINSTALACION Y ANTES DE OPERAR EL TRACTOR.

•Estacione el tractor con seguridad sobre una superficie nivelada para que no ruede en ninguna dirección. El freno de estacionamiento debe estar desenganchado para el procedimiento siguiente.

•Desenganche la transmisión poniendo el control de rueda libre en la posición de rueda libre (Vea “PARA EL TRANSPORTE” en esta sección de este manual).

•Arranque el motor y mueva el control de la aceleración a la posición de lento. Asegúrese que el freno de esta- cionamiento no este enganchado.

•Mueva la palanca del control de movimiento la posición total de adelante y sujétela durante cinco (5) segundos. Mueva la palanca hacia la posición total de marcha atrás y sujétela durante cinco (5) segundos. Repita este proceso tres (3) veces.

•Mueva la palanca del control de movimiento a la posición de neutro (N).

•Pare el tractor girando la llave de encendido a la posición de apagado “OFF”.

•Enganche la transmisión poniendo el control de rueda libre en la posición de conducir (Vea “PARA EL TRANS- PORTE” en esta sección de este manual ).

•Arranque el motor y mueva el control de la aceleración a la posición de lento.

•Conduzca su tractor hacia adelante durante aproxima- damente cinco pies y entonces hacia marcha atrás cinco pies (150 cm). Repita este proceso tres (3) veces.

•Su tractor esta ahora dispuesto para la operación normal.

SPURGO DELLA TRASMISSIONE

Per assicurare il buon funzionamento prestazionale del trattore, si raccomanda di spurgare la trasmissione prima di mettere in funzione il trattore per la prima volta. Ciò consentirà di eliminare le bollicine d’aria che possono essersi formate nella trasmissione durante il trasporto.

ATTENZIONE: SE LA TRASMISSIONE E’ STATA SMONTATA PER RIPARAZIONI O PER LA SOSTITUZIONE, RICORD- ARSI DI FARE LO SPURGO DOPO LA REINSTALLAZIONE PRIMA DI RIMETTERE IN FUNZIONE IL TRATTORE.

•Parcheggiare il trattore su una superficie piana in modo che non si metta in movimento in alcuna direzione. La leva del freno di stazionamento deve essere disinnestata al fine di eseguire l’operazione seguente.

•Disinnestare la trasmissione attivando il comando di ruota libera.

•Avviare il motore e mettere la leva dell’acceleratore sulla posizione di lento (slow). Accertarsi che il freno di stazionamento non sia tirato.

•Mettere la leva del cambio sulla posizione di marcia avanti massima e tenervela per cinque (5) secondi. Mettere la leva sulla retromarcia al massimo e tenervela per cinque

(5) secondi. Ripetere l’operazione tre (3) volte.

•Mettere la leva del cambio in folle (N).

•Spegnere il trattore girando la chiavetta di avviamento sulla posizione “OFF”.

•Innestare la trasmissione mettendo il comando di ruota libera sulla posizione di marcia.

•Avviare il motore e mettere la leva dell’acceleratore sulla posizione di lento (slow).

•Fare andare avanti il trattore di circa 1,50 metro, quindi farlo indietreggiare, in retromarcia, della stessa distanza. Ripetere tre volte questa operazione.

•Il trattore è pronto per il normale funzionamento.

TRANSMISSIE ONTLUCHTEN

Voor de juiste werking en prestaties wordt aangeraden om de transmissie te ontluchten voordat de trekker voor het eerst wordt gebruikt. Hierdoor wordt lucht binnenin de transmis- sie verwijderd, die er tijdens het vervoer van uw trekker kan zijn ontstaan.

BELANGRIJK: MOCHT UW TRANSMISSIE VOOR ON- DERHOUD OF VERWISSELING VERWIJDERD MOETEN WORDEN, DAN DIENT HIJ NA DE INSTALLATIE ONTLUCHT TE WORDEN, VOORDAT U DE TREKKER GEBRUIKT.

•Parkeer de trekker veilig op een vlakke ondergrond zodat hij in geen enkele richting kan wegrollen. Voor de volgende handeling moet de parkeerrem uitgeschakeld zijn.

•Schakel de transmissie uit door de freewheel-hendel in de freewheel-stand te plaatsen.

•Start de motor en breng de gashendel naar de stand Langzaam. Controleer of de parkeerrem uitgeschakeld zijn.

•Breng de rijhendel zo ver mogelijk naar voren en houd hem daar gedurende vijf (5) seconden. Breng de hendel zo ver mogelijk naar achteren en houd hem daar gedurende vijf (5) seconden. Herhaal dit drie (3) keer.

•Breng de rijhendel naar de stand N (neutraal).

•Stop de trekker door de contactsleutel naar de stand “OFF” (UIT) te draaien.

•Schakel de transmissie in door de freewheel-hendel in de rijstand te plaatsen.

•Start de motor en breng de gashendel naar de stand Langzaam.

•Rijd de trekker ongeveer 1 meter 50 vooruit en vervolgens 1 meter 50 achteruit. Herhaal dit drie keer.

•Uw trekker is nu klaar voor normaal bedrijf.
