TO ADJUST STEERING WHEEL ALIGN- MENT

If steering wheel crossbars are not hodzontal (left to right) when wheels are positioned straight forward, remove steedng wheel and reassemble per instructionsin the Assembly section of this manual.

FRONT WHEEL TOE-IN ADJUSTMENT

Front wheel toe-in is required for proper steedng operation. Toe-in was set at the factory and adjustment should not be necessary. If parts in the front axle or steering mechanism have been replaced or damaged, check toe-in and adjust if

2.Remove five (5) hub bolts to allow wheel removal.

2.Measure distance between wheels at front and rear of tires (dimensions "A"

Front dimension "A" should be 1/8" to 1/4" less than rear dimension "B".

TO ADJUST TOE-IN -

1.Loosen jam nuts at adjusteleet sleeves on tie rod.

2.Adjust tie rod until dimension "A" is 1/8" to 1/4" less than dimension "B'.

3.Tighten jam nuts securely,

The front wheel camber is not adjustable on your tractor, If damage has oocurrod to affect the front wheel camber, contact your nearest authorized sewica center/ department.

TO ATTACHJUMPER CABLES -

1, Connect each end of the RED cable to the POSITIVE (+) terminal of each battery, taking care not to short against chassis.

2.Connect one end of the BLACK cable to the NEGATIVE (-) terminal of fully charged battery.

3.Connect the other end of the BLACK cable to good CHASSIS GROUND, away from fuel tank and battery.

TO REMOVE CABLES, REVERSE ORDER-

1.BLACK cable first from chassis and then from the fully charged battery.

2.RED cable last from beth batteries.
