GEARBOX LUBRICATION

Check the Gearbox oil level every 80 hours of operation. The oil level dipstick/breather is located on the top of the Gearbox.

Top-up as necessary with a recommended oil :

PREFERRED

AMOCO PERMAGEAR EP220 OPTIONS

TEXACO MEROPA

PETROCAN ULTIMA EP220

After the initial operating period of 500 hours, or 6 months, the oil should be drained, while it is warm, and the Gearbox refilled with new oil.

Under normal operating conditions the Gearbox Oil should be changed every 2500 hours, or 6 months, whichever occurs first.

NOTE

If the Mower is operating in abnormally high ambient temperatures, or contaminated atmosphere, the oil should be changed more frequently.
