LUBRICATION

General: All bearings used on the tractor and sweeper collector are seated for life, except where specific greasing instructions are given.

Grease Points: Use a good quality medium grease.

Lubricate the following on a monthly basis:

Front wheel bearings:

Grease nipples are located on the inside faces of the wheels

 

adjacent to the stub axles. Turn the wheels to full lock to gain

 

access.

Front inclined stub axle pivot brushes:

Grease nipples.

Front centre pivot:

Lubricate with engine oil.

Steering drag link brushes:

Lubricate with engine oil.

Pedal linkages/pivots:

Lubricate with engine oil.

Deck front linkages:

Lubricate with engine oil.

All belt tensioner pivots:

Brush with grease.

(tractor, deck, sweeper collector)

 

Steering quadrant pivot:

Brush with grease.
