POWERED SWEEPER COLLECTOR

Replacement of the Primary Drive Belt:

-Refer to the ‘Attaching/Detaching the Sweeper Collector’.

-Follow the procedure and detach the sweeper collector sufficiently to allow removal of the primary drive belt.

-Fit a replacement drive belt and re-attach the sweeper collector as described.

Replacement of the Brush Drive Belt:

- Remove 2 M10 Nyloc nuts and plain washers and remove the plastic side guard.

- Hold back the tensioner assembly and remove the brush drive belt.

- Fit a replacement drive belt and ensure that it is correctly routed and tensioned.

- Replace the side guard.

- Replace the M10 fastenings and tighten securely.

Replacement of the Bristle Sections:

- Remove the hopper assembly and gain access to the brush assembly through the rear of the sweeper unit.

- Loosen the clamps at each end of the brush stack assembly.

- Slide each brush section aside as required to enable the individual bris- tle holder sections to be withdrawn by sliding from the location slots.

-Replace bristle sections as required.

-Slide the brush sections together until they are tightly packed in the centre of the square shaft.

-Re-position and re-tighten the end clamps to secure the brush stack assembly.

-Replace the hopper assembly.
