3In the Alias Name field, enter a name for the alias configuration.

4In the Number or E-mail Address field, enter the alias phone number or e-mail address.

5In the Attach Number field, enter your mailbox number.

6In the Password field, enter your mailbox password.

7Set Auto Login to ON (no password prompt) or OFF (password prompt).

8In the Alias Type field, from the drop-down list, select the phone number, fax number, or e-mail address for the alias.

9In the Settings section, for the Password, Name Announcement, and Personal Greeting fields, select an entry from the drop-down list.

10Click Save. The Alias screen appears with your new alias listed.

Delivery Options Use the Delivery Options feature to set up how you want your messages delivered to you.
