Using the E-mailUse the E-mail menu to manage e-mail messages:

Menu

1From the Main menu, press [5].

2Follow the prompts to:

Listen to the text of an e-mail message

Print an e-mail message to a fax printer

Save an e-mail message as voice mail

Delete the message

Hear header information such as the name, title, or company of the sender

Fast forward a few seconds of the message

Rewind a few seconds of the message

Pause the message playback

Skip forward in the message

Placing a Call

You can place a call from the voice mail menu.

1Press MSG on your phone and then enter your mailbox number and password.

2From the Main menu, press [6].

3Follow the prompts to enter a phone number and make the call.

4To cancel the call before it is connected and return to the Main menu, press [99] or to end the call when you are finished your conversation and return to the Main menu, press [99].

Using the Web Interface to View Message Information

You can use the IP Messaging Web Provisioning interface to view information about received messages.

To access the IP Messaging Web Provisioning interface:

1In your web browser’s address bar, enter the URL for the IP Messaging Web Provisioning interface.

2In the Login dialog box, enter your username (or phone number) and your telephone password.

3Click Login.
