Overview | This chapter describes how to use IP Messaging messaging features. |
| These features allow you to listen to and send messages, and place |
| outside calls (if enabled by your administrator). You can also use the IP |
| Messaging Web Provisioning interface to view information about new |
| and saved messages. |
| There are three ways to access IP Messaging messages and information |
| about those messages: |
| ■ You can use the TUI on your telephone to listen to new or saved |
| messages in your mailbox. These messages include voice, |
| fax notification. You can also make calls to external numbers, if this |
| feature has been enabled by your administrator. These topics are |
| discussed in this chapter. |
| ■ You can use the IP Messaging Web Provisioning interface to view |
| information about messages in your mailbox. You can view the |
| number of new and saved messages of each message type, as well as |
| the number of unreviewed and urgent messages. See Using the Web |
| Interface to View Message Information. |
