1. Release the front bezel retention tabs from the chassis interior
2. Detach the bezel slightly away from the chassis

4. Disconnect the data and power cables from the HDD
6. Place the bracket on a clean, static-free work surface
3. Lift the HDD-ODD bracket and turn it over
5. Remove the HDD-ODD bracket
7. Remove the two screws B from the optical drive
8. Slide the optical drive out of the drive bay
