8.6ON/OFF screens

You can customise your welcome message, animation, melody or image that appears when you switch on your telephone.

You can also customise your OFF screen with an image or animation.

8.7Energy saver

You can choose whether to activate this function or not: - Deactivated: the main screen remains displayed.

- Activated: a new screen appears after a few seconds displaying the following information: clock, battery charge, signal strength.

By default, the economy mode is activated.

We advise you to stay in economy mode to maximise your telephone’s autonomy.

8.8Zoom (1)

Two character sizes are available for your telephone screen. Large characters is selected by default. If you wish to display more information select “Zoom”.

8.9Customising the keys (1)

From the main screen you can customise your keys: call somebody directly or access a function.

8.9.1Personal key (1)

This key has pre-defined functions, which vary from one model to another (operator services, access to games...). The main use for it is as an action key for games (see page 80). You can also assign it with the function of your choice. For example, it can be used as a short cut to access the Diary, to write a message...

8.9.2Keypad

To programme a key on your keypad, select “Keypad” and choose the key that you wish to programme. Then select “Numbers” if you wish to programme a direct call or “Function” if you wish to assign a specific function to the selected key.

8.10Voice commands

Voice commands allow you to access one of the menu functions by pronouncing the name of that function.

Recording a voice command

In order to record a voice command for one of the menu functions, select “Voice Command” and the desired function and then follow the instructions.
