If you selected the GSM transmission mode, you must fill in the following parameters:

-GSM user name (1)

-Password (1)

-Telephone number

-Access type

-Transmission speed

If you selected the GPRS/GSM transmission mode, you must fill in both the GPRS and GSM parameters.

11.4Direct access/profile access

By selecting Customisation/Settings/WAP/GPRS, you can access the menu that will allow you to change the launch parameters for your WAP service.

•Direct access: when you launch WAP from the main screen, you go directly to the WAP homepage specified by the default profile.

•Profile access: when you launch WAP from the main screen, you will see the following screen:

11.5GPRS function

Your mobile phone has an efficient high-speed built-in modem based on GPRS technology (1). With this modem you will surf faster on the WAP and send your MMS more easily.

If you wish to activate the GPRS function of your mobile telephone, you are advised to do the following:

1.Contact your operator to subscribe to the appropriate service, request the technical parameters required and ask your operator to check that your mobile telephone has been set correctly.
