Cursor does not move | 1 | Inspect inside of mouse for buildup of dirt or other |
| 2 | contaminants. Clean mouse if necessary. |
| Reinstall the system software. | |
| 3 | Replace external SCSI cables. |
| 4 | Verify that there is only one terminator on external devices. |
| 5 | Check mouse connection. |
| 6 | If mouse was connected to keyboard, connect mouse to |
| 7 | computer ADB port. If mouse works, replace keyboard. |
| If mouse does not work in any ADB port on computer, replace | |
| 8 | mouse. |
| Reseat ROM, RAM, and cache SIMMs, and reseat terminator | |
| 9 | card. |
| Replace logic board. Retain customer’s SIMMs. |
