Cursor does not move | 1 | Check mouse connection. |
| 2 | Inspect inside of mouse for buildup of dirt or other |
| 3 | contaminants. Clean mouse if necessary. |
| If mouse was connected to keyboard, connect mouse to | |

| computer ADB port instead. If mouse works, replace |
| 4 | keyboard. |
| Replace ADB cable. | |
| 5 | If mouse does not work in any ADB port on computer, replace |
| 6 | mouse. |
| Replace processor card. | |
| 7 | Replace logic board. Retain customer's DIMMs. Note: When |
|
| you replace the logic board, be sure the LED cable is not |
|
| interfering with the power actuator. |
