3Clear parameter RAM. Hold down <Command> <Option> <P> <R> during startup but before “Welcome to Macintosh” appears.
4Replace monitor. Refer to appropriate monitor manual to troubleshoot defective monitor.
5Replace logic board. Retain customer’s SIMMs.
