Cursor does not move | 1 | Replace external SCSI cables. |
| 2 | Verify that there is only one terminator on external devices. |
| 3 | Check mouse connection. |
| 4 | Inspect inside of mouse for buildup of dirt or other |
| 5 | contaminants. Clean mouse if necessary. |
| If mouse was connected to keyboard, connect mouse to | |
|
| computer ADB port instead. If mouse works, replace |
| 6 | keyboard. |
| If mouse does not work in any ADB port on computer, replace | |
| 7 | mouse. |
| Replace logic board. Retain customer’s SIMMs. |
