App Backup
App Backup allows you to back up your installed apps and app data on both the internal and external storage, and restore your installed apps and app data after updating your device firmware.
NOTE:
App Backup cannot restore an app that requires an account authentication. If you have problems with such an app, go to Settings > Apps to clear the app data and log in again.
To use App Backup:
1.From the All apps screen, touch on App backup.
2.Accept the End User License Agreement.
3.You can now start using App Backup to back up or
restore your installed apps and data.
