External Thermal Sensor (optional)

The Xeon™ processor has a thermal sensor inside its cartridge but requires specially designed I2C software to monitor the signal. If at the time of purchase, the support CD does not contain updated software for the Xeon™ processor or you would like to use another software not yet updated for the Xeon™ processor, you may use an external thermal sensor which must be attached to the thermal plate (silver surface of the Xeon™ cartridge).
