INTERCOM/TRANSFER OPERATION

Announced Transfer

Advise another person that you are transferring a call.

1Press Hto put the call on hold.

2Press I.

3Enter the number of the handset (1, 2, 3, 4) where you are sending the call

— OR —

Use the softkeys to scroll to the handset where you are sending the call, then select OK.

4The responding handset presses Ito answer your signal.

5Both extensions press Oto end the intercom connection.

6The responding handset presses Por kto pick up the call.
