Spare Battery/Power Failure Backup

You can buy a spare handset battery (AT&T Battery 2401, SKU# 91077, sold separately) and keep it charged in the base at all times.

In the event of a power failure, a fully charged battery in the spare battery			INSTALLATIONI
compartment will allow you to make and receive calls from the cordless
handset only for up to 21/2 hours.
The spare battery will fully charge in 24 hours.
