CLEANING
THE ATN NVM-14
CAUTION
The ATN NVM-14 is a precision optical instrument and must
be handled carefully at all times to prevent damage.
Do not scratch the external lens surfaces or touch them
with your fingers.
Wiping demisting shield with lens paper while wet or with
wet lens paper can damage the coating.
Clean monocular wi th water, if necessar y, and dry thorough ly.
Clean lenses with lens paper (and water, if necessary, except for
demisting shield).

HEADMOUNT MAI NTENANCE
A. BROWPAD REPLACEM ENT
Replace the browpads when cracke d, torn, o r contami nated.
Perform t he foll owing pr ocedure to rem ove and replace the
browpads.
(1)
Firmly grasp t he headmount and remove th e old brow-
pad.
(2)
Gently press on the new browpad. L ightly smo oth out
any wrinkles in the new browpad.
