Problem

Gas leaking from

LP Gas Cylinder

Gas leaking between

LP Gas Cylinder and regula- tor connection

Grease fire or excessive flames above cooking surface

Possible Cause

Mechanical failure due to rust or mishandling

Improper installation, con- nection not tight, failure of seal on LP Gas Cylinder

Too much grease build-up in Burner section

Solution

Replace LP Gas Cylinder.

Remove LP Gas Cylinder. Re-install correctly and tighten. Replace Cylinder if damaged. See “Leak Test” and “Connecting Regulator to LP Gas Cylinder” sections.

Turn off Regulator Knob and remove LP Gas Cylinder. Once fire is out and grill has cooled off, clean residual food particles and excess grease from inside firebox area, grease cup, and other surfaces.
