6. Configure Integrated Research PROGNOSIS IP Telephony Manager
This section describes the configuration of PROGNOSIS IP Telephony Manager required to
interoperate with Communication Manager.
Step
Description
1.
On PROGNOSIS IP Telephony Manager server, click Start > All Programs >
PROGNOSIS IP Telephony Manager > IP Telephony Manager GUI to start the IP
Telephony Manager GUI application. Enter a valid Windows user account and password
to log in.
2.
To configure the Communication Manager systems to be monitored, expand
Configurations of the Monitoring Node, right-click on AVAYA_PBX and select
Properties.
