available Macros – This displays a list of existing macros currentl y
stored on your Mac comp uter.
new – This button is used to cr eate a new macro.
delete – This button is used to de lete any existing ma cro.
Import – This but ton allows you to imp ort a macro fro m a backup or
from a different Mac c omputer.
export – This but ton allows you to ba ck up your macros or use on a
different Mac compute r.
note: You cannot record mouse- click commands a nd advanced
functions during the m acro-recording phase, but you can add them
manually by using “Add But ton”.
repeat Mode – This setting determines how the macro will be played
back when triggered:
• RunOnce(DefaultSetting)– Using this setting executes the
macro only once each t ime the assigned n52te button is pr essed.
• Repeatwhilepressed– Using this setting will force th e macro to
repeat continuously wh ile the assigned n52te button is h eld down.
• RepeatUntilNex tKey– Using this setti ng forces
the assigned button to act like a toggle sw itch. If you
push it once and let g o, the macro will c ontinuously
repeat until the same b utton is presse d again.
delay – This sets the delay between eve ry event item in a macro
sequence to the same va lue.
Multi-Key assignments: Macros
Macros are recorded s equences of keybo ard keystrokes, and /or mouse-
button presses that c an be saved and p layed back by the n52 te at a
later time.
The “Macros” pane allows you create, edit, and manage macro s. Saved
macros can then be as signed to any but ton in any of the thr ee Keymaps,
and are available for us e in any profile.
