If the voicemail number is not stored on your SIM card or in the phone itself, you will not be able to access your voicemail by long-

pressing ,Generally speaking, network operators will store the voicemail number on a SIM card before giving it to you. If so, you will

be able to dial your voicemail number by long-pressing when the phone is in standby mode, without needing to first manually store this number. If however your network vendor did not store the number on your SIM card, you will need to do this yourself. To save or modify a voicemail phone number, go to the menu Messages > Voicemail > Settings > Box Numbers.
