If your device is not working or working poorly, then contact an authorized service center to get recommendations or repair.
The warranty does not cover the following cases:
When users do not comply with the above mentioned safety measures and operating instruction.
In case of improper care and storage (penetration of fluids, dust, insects and other irrelevant things and substances inside the device).
In case of applying excessive efforts when operating the device or other dam- ages (mechanical damages as a result of improper operation, impact or drop- ping of the device).
In case of unauthorized repairs or device part changes, made by an unautho- rized person or service center.
In case of such accidents as lightning strikes, flood, fire or any other acts of god.
Features may be changed by Binatone without any notice.
