Bogen has support available in case you have a problem with your
ProMatrix. In order to make the most effective use of this service, please
be sure to fill out and return the product registration card included with this
unit.
Best results are obtained when you:
• Read the User’s Guide before operating
• Remember that certain functions can be “locked out” when the amplifi-
er is in operation.
• Ensure all input and output wiring is correctly installed. If using the
PM-3180 4-ohm output, be sure to remove the output link (see instruc-
tions).
• Make sure that input sources are active. Microphones may require
software setup (see instructions).
