Behandling med ultraljud är möjlig både vid manuell och maskinell beredning. Vid maskinell torkning med varmluft är temperaturer upp till 120 °C tillåtna.

5.5 Kontroll, underhåll och provning

Tips

Endast personer med motsvarande utbildning, specialkunskap eller erfarenhet får kontrollera och reparera sterilcontainern.

Packningarna i containerlocken har testats enligt DIN EN 868-8, bilaga G med avseende på en minsta livslängd på 5 000 steriliseringscykler.

¾Byt genast ut packningen om det syns att den är skadad.

¾Skicka in locket till Aesculap, adress se Teknisk service.

¾Smörj vid behov rörliga metalldelar (t.ex. låsens gångjärn) en aning med steriliserbar, ånggenomsläpplig underhållsolja (t.ex. STERILIT® I oljespray JG600 eller STERILIT® I droppsmörjare JG598).
