TZ-Tape

☞With the AUTO setting selected and a 1″ (24 mm)-, 3/4″ (18 mm)- or 1/2″ (12 mm)-wide TZ tape cassette installed, text consisting of just one line of only uppercase letters (and no

accented characters) will be printed with a character size slightly larger than the maxi- mum character size possible for that tape width (i.e., 62 points for 1″ (24 mm)-wide tape, 48 points for 3/4″ (18 mm) wide tape and 29 points for 1/2″ (12 mm) wide tape).

AV-Label

☞With the AUTO setting selected and an AV label cassette installed, text consisting of just one line of only uppercase letters (and no accented characters) will be printed with a character size slightly larger than the maximum character size possible for that label (i.e., 62 points for AV2067 address labels and 48 points for AV1957 return address labels and AV1789 file folder labels).
